I'm all for it, myself. 
It sucks!
It's non-democratic, it is a capitalistic and military union, corporations move jobs to low-wage countries, it tries to stop war refugees from Asia and Africa to even gain asylum in Europe... the list of why the European Union sucks can go on for ages. It must be stopped.

so you, Mikoyan and Juize can be blown to buggery on a
mine field in some forsaken battlefront againt the Third Reich?

I like Europe, for it's rich history, fine cultures and for the dutch women. I don't like the idea of a European Superstate, an idea that can only end up in a fascist dictatorship. EU is already critizised for it's lack of democracy...

But if we introduced total democracy and made an elected president, etc, you'd say we we're making a new susperstate! We can't win! Europe is not a federation yet. When it is, we'll have total democacy. As it is, as a free trade area and a monetary union, coupled with an economic union, we don't need it fully. Strengthening the powers of the Parliament and slowly evolving it all is the best way to proceed.
And we'd never allow fascism to flourish again. Just look at what happened to Austria with Jorg Haider.
You cannot 'allow' or 'not allow' fascism to flourish, it is something much more complex than that. And you can not be shure that EU will be a 'total democracy'. One of the strongest powers in the union is Italian dictator Silvio Berlusconi, and we all know his opinions all to well...

Western Europe has learned it's horrid lessons of the past.
No nazi super-power will ever arise again.
There is too much to lose.
The trick is keeping asswipes like Milosevic, Haider, Saddam and
of course Scumbag Bin-Laden under the hammer.
If Dictators in Europe are allowed to rise again, we have only ourselves to blame.
Mikoyan, I think you need to recognise that true tyrrany is not
present in Europe.
You get to dress the way you want, listen to the music you like,
and say what you want, these are basic freedoms we get in the
UK and the continent...Our rights by birth.
Europe is free, and you still moan?
Unless Sweden has turned into the Oberkommando der Werhmacht,
and no-one in Europe has noticed....

Errrrrrmmm, I don't think Berlusconi is a dictator.
Anyway, Italy has a history of political extremism. The people of Europe would never allow a dictatorship, anyway.
How can you be so sure?
But allowing *******s like Berlusconi to gain more influence.
What do you know of that?
And that stuff about 'you get to say what you like', is too full of holes, from living in a poor suburb in southern Stockholm all my life, i know that. We have too many times been ignored or abused for what we say or ask for.

I am for the unification of Europe. It is a pleasure to live there. Everybody speaks his opinions and is free. All nationalities are going along very well. I have friends all over Europe. And Europe as a mean military superpower, that will never happen. Europeans are to smart for that.
Miko you said you like dutch women. They are nice until they are back from vacation and they are mean arrogant *****es for the whole year. It is like its that period of the month, only it lasts till summervacation. French girls are much better
