This story is using the mod The Ancient Mediterranean 1.7. I am not going to include many pictures from gameplay, instead I will use images from the internet.


In 5500 B.C., various tribes from the Fertile Crescent area, the area between two great rivers, the Euphrates and Tigris, united into one great civilization, the Babylonians.
They were led by the Hammurabi Dynasty, who all took the name Hammurabi as their title for ruler.

They founded the city of Babylon near the Tigris River in 5450 BC. The Babylonians prospered with agriculture and started building soldiers armed with clubs to protect themselves from foreign invaders. Once they built their first soldiers, they concentrated on expanding their territories and exploring the World around them. They got together a group of people to make a new city for their slowly growing kingdom. The city was built farther Northwest near the beginning of the Euphrates River. They called this city Ur. Ur slowly bustled to a great city like Babylon. Soon, the Babylonians were exploring the World around them.

The Babylonians had grown to 2 cities and a mild size empire between the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers. In Babylon, the city where King Hammurabi III ruled from, the citizens were creating people to build another city. These people traveled directly south from Babylon to the edge of the Euphrates River. They settled on the southern edge of the Euphrates and bordered a massive desert. They named their city Nineveh. Soon afterwards, King Hammurabi III died and was thrown in the river. A new king, his son, King Hammurabi IV took the throne. The Fourth King was curious about the world around them. He sent a group of soldiers to the west of Ur. He decided to go with them, no matter what the danger. They saw a group of soldiers to their west, people of a darker shade of skin. These darker soldiers asked them "Would you prefer peace in our lifetime or shall we fight?" Before the soldiers could answer, the Fourth King said peace. After complicated dialougue, the Babylonians found out these darker people were called Phoenicians, and they lived by the city. The Phoenicians city of rule's borders reached the borders of the great Babylonian city of Ur. The soldiers of Babylon would meet 3 other peoples this way, the Hitittes, Lydians, and Scythians. The soldiers of Hammurabi went southwest of Phoenican land to look for a good location for a fourth city of the Babylonian Empire. There they met the Egyptians, who would not let the Babylonians into their territory. The warriors had nowhere to go but the vast desert to their west, they went through it. After decades of wandering, they eventually made it to their city of Nineveh.

s.c. dude, how the hell would I update my story in Europe? I only had access to a computer for 5 minutes when I was there. If you read the first post, it says that I won't be using screenshots.
