What's going to happen in the next few years? A third world war? A bird flu pandemic? Or something else? Nostradamus predicted alot of things for the next few years. A prophecy he had was a Russian-Arab Alliance invading Western countries. I don't know how that would happen though. What do you think will happen?

Nostradamus was a loony. He predicted nothing.

I think people will be born, people will die, George Bush will stumble over words, suicide bombings will kill people in Israel, American soldiers will continue to fight insurgents, and liberals and conservatives will continue to hate each other mindlessly.

Not much I expect. Bush and Blair will be gone. The UK will probably somehow end up with an even more incompetent PM (Brown or Cameron? I don't trust either of them).

I doubt they'll be any major wars in the next 2 or 3 years, but a major terrorist attack is a possibility.

Well Nostradamus was kinda weird, but something's gonna happen whether a war starts or someone eats 100 hot dogs in 1 sitting.(pretty stupid)

Hopefully an alien invasion, so that the inhabitants of this planet will be for once unified under one banner, reguardless of your ethnics origins, religions! Of course we will all die in the process, but at least we'll go out in a bang.

Haha, I may sound cocky, but I don't think it would be that bad, after all, I can juggle 5 balls (pun not intended), so i'm not that uncoordinated.

Maybe I should lose it with a girl who's already lost it.

In the not too distant future, I will have acquired a position of power high enough to incorporate my own form a "secret police". From that point on the face of the earth will be scourged, and a new era of prosperity will arise, I will destroy those who get in the way of my new empire spreading "justice and order" throughout the lands.

Although if that doesn't happen you will probably find me on my couch eating a cheese sandwich. Both sound intriguing.

I've always thought that would be cool except where we win! like we steal a ship and use bio-warfare on there home planet then they agree to peace in exchange for a cure to the disease. Oh and they have to give us a ton of cool junk.

dawg, I hate to tell you, but those two event are not related.

with regard to the future, the pentagon started something similar to a futures market to allow people to place bets on the next big terrorist event. They had to stop it when the NYT found out cause it was too much like the real world and some people were offended.
