This is the united Fanatica Agenda.
the goal: structirizing bureacracy to perfection. (or try to)
This thread is an extension of the general information thread.It's goal is to have one thread with only 1 reply of every department.
Every department will add their general information and link's to the various poll's.when the next turn's arive ,they will not make a new reply ,instead they will edit their previous reply to update that one reply with the nessecary information.This way we index the content of importan information in a easy readable way.
Why such a work? because we are still in 3450bc ,and we have not yet so much thread's or poll's on the forum.But in the future,there will be a considerable amount of bureacracy to index.Also ,distributing the bureacracy equaly among the department's.
It will represent the gouverment thread of this forum.Every department get's his "ministry" here ,represented by their reply here.In adition ,every deputy get's one reply to the thread but it must be located under the leader reply.The department's though may post their 2 reply's in a random order under eachother.Though The information advisor and hi's deputy are the first to reply after the presidential reply's.
the gouvernors are the last to reply ,after eachother when a new province is created.
I advice every department to ,when it's time for them to make their reply's ,to attach atleast one smal picture ,so that you can edit it later with a picture representing youre Department.
This is the First reply here ,and it will contain general information about this thread for in the future.
As attachment ,this first reply get's the nation's flag.because this thread symbolize's this gouverment ,the first reply also symbolizes the nation's reply.
Remeber ,only LEADERS may reply here ,and i'm very serious about it
I Have nothing against anybody here ,but serious ,this thread is NECESARY!!!

This are the rules of this thread:
First rule: New government thread must be created in the beggining of every term.
Also it would be confusing to look up for the leaders and deputies posts to see who has the more up to date info so..
Second rule: leaders and deputies of the same department should post in sequence.
Third rule: As you said before everyone should attach a picture in their post for future editing.
fourth rule: In replying this order MUST be followed
order:
1 The nation reply
2 the presidential reply
3 the information leader
4 the deputy information leader.
From then on ,any other department.But the deputy's reply must always come under the leader's reply.No order on wich department come's first.
one exception on this:
The City Planner Leader come's last under the department's ,because onder his deputy reply later on gouvernor reply's will be added.(to keep the city building info toghether)
It can take a week for everybody to reply here in the correct order ,that's no problem ,as long as it is in this order.
This thread will ultimatly replace the general information thread.

Before you open another thread, you should set the rules in this one. Spycatcher pointed something interesting. In the next term the new leaders won't be able to edit this thread so...
