what if Tenochtitlan also has small wonders. we dont know if they do, and we cant see them on the wonder screen or the top 5 citys. If they had say 2 or 3 small wonders they could be a threat. Lets send investigate the city.
and as for Babylon. if there a threat lets make the hole world hate them by signing trade embargos against them. this will also make the world like us. and if there culture gets to high then can invade them without world wide condemnation.

As for the investigation and culture rushes, the people have my full cooperation. I'm glad people finally want to spend some money other than on the military.
I personally support the investigation of Akkad and the rushing of the colosseum. I also support building cultural buildings in Hai-Rando. I would even support more rushes. I don't think we need an investigation of Tenochtitlan next chat, but I do recognize that we may need to do it later.
