I have been inspired by random thought to create a new citizen's group, the Industiralists Society of Fanatika (ISF).

With the dawn of the Industrial Revolution, Fanatika must refocus it's production efforts. We must step away from the wasteful methods of the past, to a glorious new future for Fanatika!

Our goals:

• Lower corruption
• Increase production through factories and terrain improvements
• Development of a National Railroad System
• Increase scientific advancement
• Promotion of a stong Army, Navy, and Air Force
• Use of warfare for strategic advancement

The Trans-National Railroad project should be started as soon as possible so that our enemies can fear not only our numerous and powerful armies, but also the incredible speed with which we can deploy our forces.

I'll join. Let's find some nice fertile farm land, buy it, and build factories and railroads!

But on a serious note, I agree that we need to start concentrating on RR's. I think that not only should we build a railroad system connecting our cities, but perhaps we should build them right to the doorstep of our intended enemies (IE build a RR to their capital.) True, it would improve their territory for free, but only a few squares, and think of how useful it could be in a war. It would act like an Autobahnen (to use the only example I know), allowing us to send our troops to their door in 1 turn. This would give us the element of surprise, and allow us to amass huge forces very quickly within striking distance.

I'm happy to join you. I posted a plan in the MAG province thread about a cities max raw production. MAG has a potential 100spt+ city, plus there are some 50spt+ cities as well. I will attempt to get one 70spt+ city, one 50spt+ city and another 30spt+ city by the end of my reign as Governor in term 6.

I argee 100%!!! A Fanatinkan National Railroad (FNR) and factories all over our nation shall make us the Dominate Power in the World. The Fanatinkan Armed Forces can truely become a mobile force, cushring any oppisition to our power.

Reteric aside, rails should come before factories. It will allow for faster factory building. That we can build milarty units faster. The Industrail Age is about shield maxaization and killer units :rocket:.
