Okay I'm back.
And for all intents and purposes, that conference thing never happened, as I chose the wrong time to start a new plot sequence (school starting). So anyway, Technantis is back. Woo.

News of the Scaler invasion and the recent declaration of war from Selachima reached Atomicpunkeria recently. Atomicpunkeria is on full alert with their military forces and nuclear weapons.
"Sorry we have to do this, but the only way to stop your Scaler menace is to blow up every single last one of them before they wipe us out and give us nothing to send back" - Senior General Venza before rushing off to her flier to fly to "El Islando Escapè"
With the recent nuclear activity, Atomicpunkeria advises all citizens to find the nearest "Vault-Tec" Vault or a Pulonski Preservation Shelter to wait out any coming nuclear fire, while Command fires nukes of their own in retaliation.
"Hopefully the Scalers will mutate before we do! Ha ha! Humanity rules" - President Stine Illsgrey before rushing off to his private bunker.
In other news, all seven Atomicpunkerian B.O.M.B Satelites have been primed and prepared to release their own orbital bombardment on any hostile forces. These satellites are capable of dropping a hailstorm of mini nukes from orbit in many massive salvos, or launch their two ICBM missiles at a designated target, with authority from Atomicpunkerian command.

While public opinion of a Scaler counter-invasion was negative, news of the Scaler invasion of Selachima has caused massive public support for a liberation war for Selamachia. However, the invasion fell during the Election year for Technantis so there will ultimately be a delay in any military action.
The current ruling party, the Technantis Libertarian party, has called for a full scale invasion so as to drive the Scalers back home. Incumbent President McCloud, however, has stated that he is not interested in running for reelection this year. The T.L. Party has nominated Commander Andrew J. Gatson, a maverick it the political field, for the presidential election.
The minority party, the National Technantis party, has nominated an influential politician and right-wing author, Senator Tyler Fairview, on a platform of total military force against the Scalers, as well as a invasion of the Scaler homeworld.
An unusual third party is also making an unusual showing as well. The Anti-Atom Party of Technantis, who has yet to nominate a candidate, has announced a platforming condemning both the Scaler Insurrection and, in fact, the nation of Atomicpunkeria. The party is composed of many of the nation's most intelligent minds and promises to make a strong showing against the main parties.

Andara immediately initiates operation S.C.I.E.N.C.E which unleashes a 57 megaton biological bomb on Selachima from a near indestructible unmanned aircraft. The biological bomb is 100% harmless, however, turns it's victims asleep for one(1) whole year. The Counteroffensive has been launched. 50,000 Andaran troops have been sent out on the S.S. Ginormous. also, we have a 99.99 percent accurate SDI. One Selachiman nuke gets through. In a completely uninhabited area. It's a desert anyway. You just made it a smelly desert.

A succesful small buisinesswoman and advocate of the underhanded in life, she appeals to both the buisiness class and the common people, putting the two regular parties in a precarious position.
President McCloud has also ordered the deployment of the Technantis Air Force to bomb the invaded nation of Selachima. There are also rumours that the Technantis researchers are working on a new super weapon.
In other news, an Atomicpunkarian immigrant was severely beaten by three men in the largest city of Technantis, New Collins. The three perpatrators were arrested soon after, and the victim is in stable condition. The three men were expected to be members of the AAP (Anti-Atom Party), but no further details have been released as of now.
President McCloud has also sent a shipment of sunglasses and sunscreen to Xox Xooklia to assist in their war on the sun.

Trichomedia fires a large laser gun at the occupying Scaler forces in Selachima. Sadly, they have a giant mirror that reflects it back. However, Trichomedia saw this coming and has its own giant mirror to reflect it again! A game of mirror laser tennis ensues.
Upon hearing of the never-ending laser show, The Scribbling Society decides to interrupt this excruciatingly straight, narrow, orderly and neverending line.
They build a rocket ship that is not aerodynamic whatsoever; it is covered in small jagged spikes of mirrors extending every which way. The countdown is initiated, and somehow the rocket ship T-Triple-S Reflector makes its way inbetween the two countries and flies through the laser. The light is scattered in all directions, and none manages to get in the correct angle to begin the laser tennis again.

Atomicpunkeria sends flowers to the migrant who was beaten up. Of course, the flowers were plastic, considering everyone was in a bunker and no one was willing to go outside to pick real flowers. In fact, how did they send a plastic flower out? (Don't answer that!)
