Not really! For me, it has been a lot like what happen in the Star Wars saga (I'm talking about episode 1, 2, and 3): each episode is getting darker. I used to be very innocent, kind, and fun to talk to, but lately, my life (and so is my game) is getting darker like what I have posted here. Since I'm very close to falling the dark side, I'm going to quit playing Civ3 for while. Although my old Emperor and Deity games were on the second places, those are the ones I'm very proud of.

You don't know the POWER of the Dark Side...
There are much nastier ways to do trades than what you described in that post.. it is quite possible to pull a deal like that on every tech, and never have to go to war

You are right about that! I was home alone last night and I couldn't sleep...so I took a look at one of my batch of unfinished game....one thing led to another...I ended up playing a little bits...then a little bits more. Then I noticed that no one has Military Tradition (sure...they all have Nationalism, but no Military Tradition). I was only only one with cavalry in the entire world. Wasn't that special? I ended up with a Conquest victory on a huge map around 4AM. It was 400 AD and I had been playing for 10 hours straight.
