IMO, season 7 & 8 are the best though (specifically Awesom-O and Casa Bonita).

I just watched the "Easter Special" (the newest one), on a scale of 1 to 10 (with the Jackovasaurus episode being a 1 and Casa Bonita being a 10) I'd put it at 5.

You can safely view them in pretty much any order. Except for the Meteor shower story arc, there is no real continuity between them.

Casa Bonita being a 10

Casa Bonita was host to the best line in the series.

"Well kid, you made an entire town panic, you lost all your friends, and now you're going to juvenile hall for a week. Was it worth it?"

"Totally."

Also, while checking that, I found scripts. They're less than perfect but could be helpful.
