I'll login and check but CH didnt have any units anywhere nearby...
 
You still have no units nearby(only thing is you can see some units from your borders, so if you move first in the turn from next turn again that should be fine?
 
Btw loads of players seems to not be taking the turns. Are we sure everyone are aware the game started up again? and if they did that they patched?

I suggest that you consider pausing the game until you are sure all players know it has restarted.

I am waiting for one player to take their move otherwise in all likelihood I will be accused of playing a double move.

I am not sure that the player in question knows that the game has restarted.

The rules are if 12 hours have passed and they haven't taken their turn you're free to take yours, unless you have already made a prior arrangement with them.

I've sent out an email and posted to the thread that the game is up so they should all know by now, and there has been enough stopping and starting as it is. I'll send out another email to those who haven't taken a turn so far when I get home. After three missed turns I'll start switching people to AI and will being the process of replacing them, although I'll have to look through my email and the thread to check if any of them have already explained their situation to me.
 
All that needs to happen is for Oyzar to wait for me to play and then he can have his turn. Or better yet he could stop this nonsense and end the war. It is entirely up to him. There is no need to replay the turn, because the damage he did was done legally.
 
Currently the following players haven't logged in or been heard from since the server came back up: Elkad of the Aztecs (who has already stated that he'll need to be replaced), Ragoczy of Russia, NVP of Greece.

All these players will be replaced with AIs sometime in the next few hours (I have a few things to do first), and I'll start looking for temporary replacements for them in a couple of days. This temporary positions will become permanent if I don't hear from them by a week from now... except for Elkad, for whom the replacement will be permanent immediately.

Burlicconi has posted fairly recently in this thread so I won't be looking to replace him just yet, but I will have an AI take his place till I hear from him.
 
i am pretty certain bolonsky is fighting nvp so make sure you dont replace nvp late in the turn and let the ai double move him or something.
 
Good news and bad news:

Bad news: The server crapped out and I had to reload. Only crazy joe will have to retake his turns (he was the last in both games), I've already contacted him about this.

Good news: I've figured out a way that I don't have to log in remotely with a separate account than the one I usually use... hopefully this should make things more stable as I won't have two accounts going at once.
 
Just to follow up. The proxy server is blocking basically everything. I can't connect with ANY app that needs a port to connect, including things like ventrilo, other games, etc.

Since I'm here for at least another month, that puts me out completely.

(I'm on a USArmy base in Republic of Marshall Islands (south pacific). Has net access, so I thought I'd still be able to play)

I'm more than happy to turn this back over to Elkad when he (or she?) is available to play again the next month or so.

Assuming Elkad wants it back and does not think I have screwed it up too badly! :lol:

Least I can do for one of our persons in uniform! ;)
