I am timing out of the game. When i did connect, it was very slow and did next to nothing.

When I was just to enter game it said "We have lost our connection with the host" and it back me at logging panel. Now in civstats I'm in the game, but I'm not and I can not connect...
edit: now sends more messages- unable to connect to host, or firewall itc...
edit2: now seems to be fine, but terribly slooow...

The game is insanly slow again and getting in takes forever / causes disconections again.
Edit: a trick for getting in seems to be swiching to modem instead of broaband in connection settings as that highten the connection timeout time.

Both servers are down. Since they both recently started a new turn I probably won't reload the game but just get the connection back up as there will still be plenty of time left.

The servers are back up, I would have done it an hour ago when I got home but forgot till now.
I ended up having to reload the games as I couldn't get into the server without rebooting, so we're at the start of the new turn for both games.

Yeah ok, may as well since it makes it easier to time things.
Alright everyone: the server for my 3rd game (this one) will be down in half an hour, since the turn just recently started for that. If you want to take your turn before I take the server down, do it now.
The server for my 4th game (the other one) will be taken down 'tomorrow morning' (about 10 hours from now) because I want the current turn to end first... I prefer to have a lot of time on the clock when I take down the server.

I've brought the 3rd game (this game) server back up, but will wait for 'tomorrow morning' to bring the 4th game up so that I'll be bringing it up around the same time I took it down.

Probably. It doesn't matter anyway since I haven't put on the option in pitboss which requires everyone to have the same game files (for reasons such as this).

I just have been time-outed 4 times in a row... maybe something is wrong

I don't believe there is any such option. I am patched to 3.13. The initial connection has nothing to do with the version though.

I can't see anything wrong from my end so it may have sorted itself out, but just in case I'm reloading both game servers, I have to go to work so I'm unable to wait for someone to test it, hopefully it works.

Shouldn't be since I still have the same ports forwarded. Anyway will check it out when I get home, thanks for letting me know, will send out an email.
