The Paladins

Was just thinking about whether we wanna squeeze another warrior/settler in before starting GW.. In that case I think we should move green dot to 1S of the silk and make it a strong production city to get us some descent army out..

Techwise I'd purpose to head towards wheel and pottery to get some :commerce: going. Other ideas??

Hmm... I will need the save to continue. Not a got-it!

So I will settle the cyan Bronze&horse site basically, and see where that takes us.

Oh, and where would I build the GW, capital or city 2?

:eek::eek:
OK.. Had been quite late yesterday.. I'm sorry. I'll fix this as soon as possible!

I'd purpose to build it in Aachen as we'll have enough :hammers: over there already.. Therefore the idea of getting out a second warrior/settler pair to settle the spot 1S of the silk..

i'm having trouble with the save, loads my save at 3120bc

Ohh you're right I'm sorry once again, but somebody had some :smoke: I think (named the last save bit strange..) But here's the new one:

All right, we did it. Let's figure out our tech patch and build for the capital. We can try for henge (or the money associated with henge). It will be built in 10 turns should we decide to finish it. Next tech can be pottery or writing.

On the first look I seems well done meat! But I'll take a deeper look later today.
Nonetheless the roster so far:

Meatbuster --> just played
Ad Hoc --> UP now
cripp7 --on dek
Thy Spellcraft

Maybe there's someone else to take the slot of pigs..

I am by no means an accomplished Emperor player but if that was an official shout out I would love to take spot #5 in the rotation.

Oh, by the way... what's our roster now? And how many turns to play per turnset?

I think going 10-15 turns at the beginning is fine, until something major happens that require forum debate

I don't mind at all, I'm not a emperor player either, but I have learned a lot from this team

Got it, will have a look this evening but won't be able to play until wednesday

Short report due to work commitments

Little bit of MMing reduces the time to writing to 19 from 24

So once again it seems to become a "race" not to get too far behind..

Which sites to settle next? I'd vote for red and green dots and maybe the one north east of green.. But we need pottery as fast as possible. Even before writing 'cause except in Aachen there won't be a city, where it would make sense to build a library.. So I'd purpose to keep building settlers in Aachen settle red and green dot and some charriots in Prague while teching to pottery to build some cottages.

Since we can't lay down a single cottage, can we afford the maintenance of two more cities? Or is the plan to whip libraries and run two scientists in every city to get pottery?
