leaders like shaka, cyrus, and ceasar are the reason I am either the mayans or NA in almost every MP game I play in. I love it when people try to rush me and my dog soldiers decimate their pathetic armies. NA especially because they usually suck in SP so no one respects them in MP. They soon find out other wise when they lose stacks trying to attack two measily archers with cg3 right away out of the box.

Turn-based games take a lot longer to play. Other than that, what's wrong with turn-based multiplayer?

This is a serious question. Due to the problem I have already mentioned (time commitment), I haven't played enough turn-based multiplayer to discover what the other drawbacks might be.
