Why is asbestos still legal to be used in products in the United States? Why did they ban it completely in europe but not here?

So our countries lawmakers value effeciency and "the economy" more then the safety of consumers.

Have you actually done any research on this or do you just distrust the majority scientific consensus.

Asbestos particles are brittle and if asbestos products like flooring/ceiling tiles are damage for example, they can release these particles into the air.

Over time in a home build with these asbestos containing products the residents will develop breathing difficulties, could develop cancer. When symptoms get worse enough they will die.

Its very hard to treat this, when suffecient asbestos gets into a persons lungs the damage is irreperable.

So saying that it doesnt harm anyone is an ignorant statement. Do you not beileve in facts?

Or in your case, a emotional denial of facts and refusal to acknowledge the dangers of asbestos despite the entire wealth of information surrounding it from both sides of the political spectrum (Only reason i see someone denying the facts is because of politics).
