Who are emos? Why everyone seems to have such a low opinion about them?
At least for western people English is probably the easiest to learn because it dominates the popular culture. You need almost no effort to learn English ebough to get by in everyday situations. And furthermore, I don't believe that it's word-order basedness would be the trouble, because the order thing isn't (as far as I know) that complicated, and because languages using cases also use word order. While it is in theory right to say "Den Mann beisst der Hund", it's preferable to say it other way round. Using different order makes sense if you want to emphasis what is bitten, but if you are just going to inform that the dog bites the man, it would sound weird, if you would say den Mann first.
Btw, here it's commonly said that Finnish is one of the most hardest languages to learn because it uses 16 (or something like that) cases.
Latin uses also cases.
I've always heard that English is one of the most hardest languages to learn. I am wondering if it is because it is Word-Order based.

English has had a heavier influence from Romance languages than German, it seems.
Latin uses also cases.
I find that very hard to believe. Wiki says Polish has 7 cases, which would be almost as much as Latin had, and just a bit more than some other Slavic languages. My language has 5, losing the Latin "ablative" but retaining the "vocative" that was lost in all other Romance languages (which have 4, just like German)
Which yes, is indeed almost 7.
