I should introduce myself to this thread as well, I'm Mathetes tou Megalou Alexandrou in Steam.
I'm also somewhat interested in the Touhou civ modding as well: after I'm done with a few other projects (including further refining my first workshop submission), I might take on another one.
Currently I have my eyes on and thought out some ideas on:
Bhava-Agra
