Well I should have posted it in the humor forum, who knows.. With all due respect and although I don't want to make fun of that, I just couldn't not post this chart. Here are the 10 most sold games on the US. No comment...

1) The Sims Vacation Expansion Pack
2) The Sims Unleashed Expansion Pack
3) Warcraft III Reign of Chaos (pfew, at least)
4) Medal of Honor Allied Assault (pfew, again)
5) The Sims
6) The Sims Hotdate Expansion
7) The Sims Deluxe
8) Zoo Tycoon
9) Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
10) Roller Coaster Tycoon...

Unreal 2, Freelancer, Master of Orion 3? No, no, they're bad games, unworthy to be bought... Civ3? Neither.

Sometimes, I'm bored with life. Bored, bored, bored... What a taste, what a waste. Fortunately Deer Hunter is no more on the top 10. Otherwise I'm really going to wonder.

The market for PC games has been distorted and corrupted by the masses... :crazyeye:

What used to a market for elite players has 'evolved' into a public consumption commodity...

Obviously,Americans are big on Sims.Adds up I guess as they have a sim-President ;)

For some reason, we Americans will find a product we really like, buy anything associated with it for a while, regardless of how good the new products are, and then ditch it for something else. I guess the Sims is an example. See also: Pokemon.

What about the Sims Online? Is that even any good?

Apparently its not very good because you gain skills quicker if others are gaining the same skill in the same house so you end up with walls of mirrors etc.

Also that new T.V. show Yu-Gi-Oh. Kids cant get enough of it (like pokemon)
Ah, that one. Never watched it myself though...

They got a new PS2 game for it too.

Hehehehe. I remember when Deer Hunter and Myst topped the list - an editor in a gaming mag couldn't believe it. :)

Deerhunter!!??..get outta here.I have that "game" and there is no way that could be on top of anything but worst list.....sit in platform.Rattle,rattle,honk,honk..oh god the excitment was just too much to take.....

Those games are mostly cheapos.I think what this tells us is the Americans are cheapskates or,more likely, they are all broke having lost everything in the market :p

GTA: Vice City is on there??? That's an unrealible source then, because every gaming magizine I've seen so far has listed Vice City has one of the best selling games in the US this year.

I think its only PC games. ;) If consoles were on there, then it would be a different story :)

Didn't notice that they were all PC games... Sorry... My mistake... Still... Vice City is a PC game (but sold better for the PS2)

No, expensive to play and very dull.

It's probably for a recent week, or something. ;)

Harry Potter hasn't been brought by anyone in half a year.
