The War to Begin All Wars

[Strider]

This is a scenario featuring locked alliances, but no one "starts" off at war with eachother. I've tried to even out the civilizations (fairly), so let's see how well I did. Just a simple note though, this scenario is FAR from being completed.

First "real" attempt ever, normally I just handle a team of creators for mods/screnario's at CDG.

I just switched out the saves, didn't do much, took out some of carthage's "extreme bonus," gave them something to fight. Also knocked out a Mayan city and added one Aztec and One Incan. Also added a civ list to the first post.

v1.07 has been posted (see attachment above)

The change's:
There is now some small "islands" randomly placed throughout the map.
The carthage don't have as big of a bonus as they did in the past.
The bonus vs barbs has been dropped drastically.
