Our country proposes a compromise. It is very simple and we ask at the very least a cease fire to solve the matter. We cannot let Europe be dragged into war. If a peace is failed to be accomplished Germany will honor her alliance with Russia.

-Italy withdraws her declaration of war
-The European side of Constantinople (seat of the Orthodox religion) will continue to be held by Russia.
-Turkish citizens within Constantinople will be allowed free migration between Turkey and Russian controlled Constantinople.

German Declaration of War

German diplomats have failed to reach a compromise with Italy and Russia. The Kaiser who is quite fond of Russia has declared he will honor his alliance despite his attempts to stop the war. Germany's position is that Italy is a power that is hypocritical. Our hope was to save millions but it seems that Italy allying with rebels has stomped that out.

We have entered a World War and no man in Europe will be sparred of its horrors. It seems that reforms in the Council of Nations have come too late.
