Going there for the second time next week and I probably wouldn't be if there were many chav types from the UK and Ireland. I saw a few around the RLD last time but thats about it. I don't plan on doing any window shopping anyways. The Rijksmuseum is amazing, the Rembrandt expo there would have blown my mind even if there wasn't some herbal assistance.

I would say Israeli, German and Taiwanese tourists have a habit of irritating people the most here. Americans are relativly harmless but can be a bit noisy as a group.

Germans often come across as arrogant and demanding, Israeli as rude and Taiwanese as filthy. Mother used to own a backpackers. Most people are alright from around the world but our worst cases involved people from these nationalities.
