Yes, but in the night in new york is the middle of the day in other parts. All the euros are seeing condom ads when all the 11 year olds are happily logging on to their computers.....

The CFC is not just used by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It is used by people all over the world. A child from a country that has daylight when the US is in Midnight hours could be offended by these adds. IMO, theese ads are an offensice eye sore. I agree that we should have adds that are sutable for all ages like Games and Computers.

Problem is, the appropriate-popup ad companies know that people don't look at them, so they won't pay to get them shown. Only the bad companies (condoms) will pay to show 'em.
