Things that dont make sense in civ.

How cavemen with clubs can be alive and well to fight on a future battleplain. And if you give him enough money, he can turn into a completely modern soldiere.

maybe the money is paying for new equipment and new soldiers to be trained in the revamped regiment. sort of like how the 7th cavalry still exists today and existed in the late 19th century.

needing AH to see horses, only the blind cant see 2,5 m long, 1,5 high and 400 kg heavy animal.

It's not that you can't see the horses, it's because people didn't recognize them as a resource until they had developed Animal Husbandry. To add realism to the game you can't see reources your people haven't found any use for yet.

How a trireme can sail off exploring for hundreds of years, never seeing home. but still stay loyal and recieve orders.

well you can see cows before AH, but they are similar animals, and BOTH cows and horses were hunted for food by the early man.

Edit:
also you can see stuff you cant use, like stone, marble, bananas, spices, silk, and you see fish as a resource before you know that you cna eat them (fishing)

Culture bombs taking over a city. The logic of a piece of art/work being so powerful, that hundreds of thousands of people want to be your citizens instead. And you thanking them for it by disbanding the city :)

about the bombs, nuke kills hallf of population, so if a there is a town with 100 people in it, no mater how strong the nuke is 50 people will survive

good point, it may be because horses are used for the military in CIV they're hidden. So you can't get "unknown" resources for future wars

What the hell is a fast worker? How is a 3 move worker unique to india?

Are they fast at taking your jobs? All i can think of is that its a joke on indians taking american jobs that are being outsourced.

Post other things you think of here.

There are a billion people in india, so manual labor is cheaper than machines in many cases. You should see how fast 100 indian laborers can build a building for example. They can do the job faster than machines here in America can in many cases.

That's right, all strategic resources are invisible until you discover the prerequiste tech, i.e. BW for copper, IW for iron, AH for horses, etc.

But the AI still know where to build cities to get future resources like oil and uranium...

It's a GAME people !

Civ has never been about realism. It's all about fun within a sorta-like history format.

Aircraft can't kill units, but Gunships can.
A Bunker protects only the unit being attacked from the air, even if it's a SAM who must be out in the open to shoot at your aircraft. Collateral damage is not reduced by a Bunker.
You need Scotland Yard, a police building in real life, to train Spies. Indeed, the relationship between many Wonders and their effects is extremely tenuous.

How in the ancient age, with no radio or telephone, are we able to control our scouting units half way across the globe? How is it possible that we can send warriors on thousand-year exploring missions? How is it possible that I, as the ruler, can see exactly what my units were seeing, especially in the ancient age?
