I will start - I really like the whole concept and implementation of civics. It is flexible, elegant, allowing you to pivot in response to events around you and retool for a different victory.

The part about CiV I disliked was that once you started to get into civics trees, you were effectively locked out of alternative options.

Great people, espionage, city states improvements on combat system and war mechanics. I also like workers getting things done faster.
