I think it`s excellent and portrays a different way and attitude of a peoples\culture. It shows that he`s not only negotiatiing with you, but performing to the people.

I love how most leaders have character in this game.

What I dislike about Pacal is a bug that has been happening for a few weeks in my game... He lost his feathers! It looks really stupid without them, just with a giant rectangle on his head... After cleaning the cache, it goes back to normal, yet, it comes back....

I actually love Pacal. I really love the 'tribal' feel to civs like Pacal, Iroquois, Aztecs, etc. Often times I set up my games where I only have those types of civs for immersion purposes and I like to imagine they are all related but got separated through migration and geographical changes through time.

Their awful discombobulated language annoys me. I think if I had been a neighboring civilization, I'd have wanted to conquer them just to snuff it out.

Yes I have had the same bug although i am used to it i always wanted to see pacal with his feathers.

I've never seen him without his feathers in-game, but I do recall seeing a screenshot of it somewhere.

Though, I'd have to say Montezuma is much creepier than Pacal. xD

Ive been playing Monty at his own game in my current game. Attacking him before he attacks me, attack is the best form of defense etc. Funny thing though, hes managed to annoy all the other AI players too even though most are nowhere near him. Very strange to have most of the AI players on my side when Im way in the lead - thats how much they like Monty I suppose!
