The 'Three Kingdoms' is set in medieval China, after the collapse of the Han Dynasty in 220 AD. You play as one the Warlords attempting to unify the divided Empire under a new Dynasty. Will you be able to unify China under your rule? Or shall yours foes defeat you?

Joining:

In order to join fill this:

Faction: The name of your faction.
Warlord: The name of your Warlord.
General: The name of your General.
Claims: Claim three provinces.

Economic Points:

Economic Points or EP are the currency of the game.

Population:

Population (or Pop. for short) is the people of your nation, the ones who actually work, fight in the army and so on. Each province gives you 5 Pop. So, if you have five provinces, you have 25 Pop. The Pop. can be used in a lot of ways. They can farm, build buildings or join the army.

Farming:

Farming is the most important economic activity. In order to farm, just assign as many Pop. as you want to Farm. Each Pop. you assign to farming gives you 2 EP per turn.

Buildings:

Building are build by the Pop. In order to build a building, you assign the number of Pop. that is required to build a building for the number of turns that are required. Once the building is complete, the pop. that was building the building is again free for you to use.

Here is a list of buildings:

City:
Turns: 3
Pop.: 4
Use: Gives you 3 more Pop.

Port:
Turns: 5
Pop.: 5
Use: Can only be build in coastal provinces. Gives you an extra of 5 EP per turn due to overseas trading. It also allows you to build Naval Units.

Trading Post:
Turns: 5
Pop.: 5
Use: Can only be build in landlocked provinces. Gives you an extra of 6 EP per turn due to trade.

Units:

Units have Attack and Defense. Units also have upkeep. If you do not pay the Upkeep, your unit is disbanded. You can also disband an army by yourself and the Pop. will be free for you yo use.

Stability:
Stability is how stable your Faction is. Needless to say that bad stability means that chance of rebellion of high. All Factions start with 5 Stability

Ways to increase Stability:
Win battles. For each battle you win, you will have 25% chance of increasing your stability.
Entering into alliance with another Warlord. For each alliance, you will have 10% chance of increasing your stability.
Investing half your EP into stability will give you 40% chance of increasing your stability

Losing stability:
Going Bankrupt (that means not having enough EP to pay Units) will make your stability decrease by 3 and there is a 25% chance of losing 2 more stability.
Losing battles. For each battle you lose, there is 40% chance of decreasing your stability

Stability:
1 - 4 (40% chance of revolt)
5 (20% chance of Revolt)
6 - 10 (No revolt)

Fame:
Fame is how famous you are. You gain Fame Points (FP) by taking over provinces, maintaining high stability for more than two turns and by entering into alliance with other Warlords.

Conquering a province - 5 FP
Stability 6 - 8 for more than two turns - 6 FP per turn
Stability 8 - 10 for more than two turns - 8 FP per turn
Alliance with other Warlord - 4 FP

FP are important because for every 15 FP you have, a General will join you. Heroes join those who are famous and successful, so if you want to attract them you must be famous.

Generals and Ability:

Armies needs Generals to lead them, so they can fight better. Everyone starts with 1 General. Each General starts with Ability 1. Ability can greatly affect a battle.

Every time you win a battle, against an enemy you gain 10 XP. Each Ability needs a certain amount of XP to be unlocked.

Ability 1: All Generals have it from start. It gives + 5 Attack and Defense to all Units under the Command of the General.
Ability 2: It needs 20 XP. It gives + 10 Attack and Defense to all Units under the Command of the General.
Ability 3: It needs 40 XP. It gives + 15 Attack and Defense to all Units under the Command of the General.
Ability 4: It needs 80 XP. It gives + 20 Attack and Defense to all Units under the Command of the General.
Ability 5: It needs 120 XP. It gives + 25 Attack and Defense to all Units under the Command of the General.
Ability 6: It needs 160 XP. It gives + 30 Attack and Defense to all Units under the Command of the General.

Note: Each time you update an Ability, you have again 0 XP. For example: If you manage to gain 80 XP and gain Ability 4, then you have again 0 XP and you will have to gain 120 XP to update to Ability 5.

When a General leads your army, there is a chance that he might be killed. 10% in a victorious battle and 20% in a defeat.

Battles:

Battles are decided by 5 factors: Attack, Defense, Ability, Numbers and Luck.

When you attack a province, your Units' over all Attack number must be higher than the over all Defense number of the defending Units in the province. Luck is RNG. It is from 1 to 5. Ability has been explained above. Numbers is how many Units you bring into the battlefield * 3. Outnumbering your enemy may not give you outright victory, but it sure helps a lot.
