Three Little (I think) Mods on my Wishlist

I could be wrong in thinking these would be "little" projects for experienced modders, so pardon my ignorance if that is the case. I'd like these though:

1. Governor Abilities x3

I'd like governors to have more impact. There is a "Governor x10" mod available in the steam workshop, but that's a bit too much. If possible, leaving Magnus' powerful chop-enhancing ability alone might be nice.

2. Blacklist city-states

There is a version in the steam workshop (No Vanilla City States) that only works for vanilla where you can add city-states to an SWL file and they will not appear in the game. I'd really like that for R&F.[\s]

3. Sell units again.

I hate having to delete units without any gold! I get that Scythia and their horse economy ruined it for everybody, but something like 25% the production cost of the unit in gold would be nice. I'm selling that armies weapons and whatnot!

1. Copy the mod from that obscure directory steam downloads them into (you'll want to copy \1343704038) to C:\Users\<yourusername>\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods (optional: you can rename the 1343704038 directory to a name that makes sense).
2. Upvote the 10x mod on the Steam workshop and un-subscribe.
3. Edit Governors.xml and change the numbers to suit.
4. Edit Text.xml to reflect your new changes.

You now have a version of the mod that's tweaked for your preferences and you don't have to worry about updates to the original mod over-writing your changes.

Thanks a ton! With your advice I was able to tweak each governor to make them all roughly as powerful and useful as Magnus.

I found a work-around on how to get the city states I want as well. So now I just need to figure out how to sell units for gold and stack great generals/admirals again and I’ll be set!
