The construction of the Temple of Nod is going smoothly. Digging the underground facilities under it and setting the fibber optics for the computing is going according to plan. The serface structure is being set, set up with great care and haste. Commander Nicolas Morn of the local Nod army in Egypt has visited the construction site the 7th time since the beginning of its construction, commenting of the smooth progress of our holy site. The magnificence of the city of Cairo which is not far from the site and the ancient wonders of the old kingdom of Egypt will be overshadowed by this house of Kane. Once this site this erected we will show our dominion in this world. With aid of the technology of peace we will lead to the gates of tomorrow. The so called Global Defence Initiative will not stop us, nor will their imperial comrades. Our aims are pure! We will not bow to the infidels! Glory to Kane as we march for peace! One vision one purpose! We will build the temple for the Brotherhood, unity and peace!
I have gained leaked information that we might be having a surprise visit by a representative of the Black Hand, whose aim will be to observe the construction of the Temple of Nod. Naturally Morn has ordered extra haste and precision in fear of what a bad impression would generate. I have no idea who the official is or what in link of hierarchy to the Black Hand’s leader, General Gideon Raveshaw, be our visitor. Whatever the case it would be unwise to upset Morn. I will not write on that matter. I will comment that the plans for a silo in the tail of the temple raise speculation that what it is for. Weather satellites are out of picture since the silo is to be restricted in caution of having a special “white list” of those trusted to its maintenance and inspection, as well as practical observation of the room for the facility underneath the silo. It use however will not be set for some time as there is no current material for what is going to be placed there. Kane must have a plot that I hope will bring devastation towards our foes. Glory to the savior!
In relative news this “Obelix of Light” being set up outside the temple is of curiosity to me. It seems the power for it will be grand and its constructers are boasting that it will “keep even the most armored of tanks at bay.” I have no idea of this... thing works but its overseer, Jain O’Kelly, claims the name as a clue. A laser tower? I would desire to see such weapon in action. Maybe GDI could send a tank one day to kindly get slain by this new weapon. Even without this point of destruction we still have the Leiurus Blade to protect the Temple of Kane from the GDI’s minions. Kane will be pleased from its construction, Morn will gain fame for being in charge of its security and I will get myself on top end of the job ladder of Nod’s construction industry... well the later is wishful thinking on my part, although maybe my prayers may be answered. Still I must focus on building the temple or Morn will focus on escorting me to a tomb for I am to become tramped within. Not a grand enough punishment for failing Kane: that is my observation of Morn’s personal threat to me.
May progress of the Temple of Nod be of haste and precision with good results.
