Strange, I googled Tie interceptor and got a page full of tie interceptor images. That were not black. Strange.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is the right color scheme. Maybe they appear darker in the movie due to lighting?

Yeah, maybe it is a bit big, but I want it a little bigger for my mod. Resizing should be easy enough. Let me know if you need help with this.

I see what the problem is, it's against a Pink background, and it looks weird. Against a black background, it'd look fine.

Sorry, I missed your question before. Yes, I use Poser for all of my units. It has its quirks, but it's a very handy program all in all.

everytime I comment, I end up being wrong...but

If Im not mistaken, Tie FIGHTERS are white like this unit, but Tie INTERCEPTOR (or the 1 you see in the movie) are much darker grey...Tie BOMBERS are a blue/grey color...like this:

The animation on this unit is great tho...very fluid...

They are all grey to me. I'm fine with variations of grey.
