What happened to her? The Wikipedia article on her did not elaborate on how she acquired eternal youth and telekinetic powers. It did mention how she persuaded various people to do various things, though.

As soon as the various areas realized what had happened, they began to deal, double deal and double cross, until at last the modern nations, with the help of President Roosevelt, met in Washington. While the Mongols and South Americans did not attend, a treaty was still signed in New York City:
We, the signatures promise to put aside all conflict, debt and disagreements for the sake of a unified human race, so that we may get through this time.
Signed Julius Caesar (Rome), Queen Cleopatra (Egypt), Boudica (Celtia), Governor Burke (New South Wales), Jefferson Davis (CSA), Robert Borden (Canada), Lord Hardinge (British India), Adolf Hitler (Greater German Reich), Josef Stalin (USSR), Franklin D Roosevelt (USA), Winston S Churchill (Britain), Emperor Hihirho (Japan), Fidel Castro (Cuba) and Kevin Rudd (Australia).
Unfortunately Hitler, in his usual defiance of any signed agreement, invaded Russia anyway, and the rest of the world was powerless to stop it. Cuba was dangerous, but luckily it obeyed the Treaty of New York. New York City was ripped apart by gang wars, and the emergence of superpowers continues to worry the leaders of TimeEarth (as it has become known )
Three New Rules
A. Everyone must have at least one superpower.
B. No playing as 2008 heads-of-state, as I dont want this to disintegrate into satire.
C. Write stories, THEY ARE YOUR ORDERS! (Think SteamNES)

Anyways, I just wanted to say this, I have a game similar to this concept running in another forum and it is meeting great success, over 10 pages now. Been thinking of bringing it over here to see how you guys would take to it.

All characters must have at least one power of any kind (except blowing up the Earth, obviously). Two maximum.
Powers have only just been brought on by the 'merger', so it's alright for say, Josef Stalin, to have heat vision (or whatever, that's an example.)

Name: Grey (an Allosaurus)- human simplification of a sound an might allosaurus make... Graaaaaaaaeeeee
Location: Wyoming
Time: Jurassic Period
Powers: Telepathy and Human Intelligence
Bio: Scavinging off the corpse of an adult stegosaurus, Grey could see three juvenile allosauruses waiting their turn twenty yards away. One of the juveniles suddenly started creeping closer. Grey whipped his head towards the perpetrator and thought "MINE!". The young one stiffened and backed away. Grey didn't understand yet, but in the last two days he had begun to acquire a following of his fellow predators. Picking up ambient thoughts that Grey projected, the juvenile allosauruses somehow knew and felt that Grey could lead them to better hunting grounds. Grey looked down at his meal, he could smell and taste the rancid flesh and yearned for something fresher. A sound suddenly caught his attention and Grey looked to the sky only to see a white line blazing across the sky as a couple other had in the last two days. Grey then focused across the plain and saw a pack of stegosauruses, maybe a half of a mile off, drinking from a stream. In an epiphanous moment Grey saw himself and the three juveniles tearing down a grown stegasaurus and eating a fresh wholesome meal. Grey stood erect, then stepped over the rotten corpse. "COME!" he commanded of the others, and seemingly understanding, they followed.

Ambustus was terrified. He knew he would win, but he was no longer sure he wanted to. Being led down this seemingly endless corridor towards victory, he was terrified. Terrified of killing, terrified of what would happen to him if he won, terrified of what they might do to him. Try to kill him again, probably. And then again, and again...
His captors, prodding him in the back, were nearing the lighted doorway that signified one entrance to the arena of this rather small coliseum. He didn't want to go through. He concentrated on bringing forth heat...
The straw beneath him burst into flames first. He was untouched. Then his captors' spear tips melted. He was untouched. They were soon to be dead. And then he concentrated on the cold...
The fire was gone, his captors little more than blocks of ice. He hated them. He shattered the one statue of three, the only that remained whole. He knew the fire and his absence from the arena would be noted shortly. He started to run. And he didn't stop until he was outside...
He found a place to sleep. He would need food soon, but that was not on the top of his worries for now. He made it warm, and soon drifted off without a qualm...
He was awoken abruptly by a prodding in his side. Someone had found him! He started concentrating even before he opened his eyes...
The person was dead, little more than a puddle of flesh and bones from the immense heat he had directed at him. It was no legionary, no prefect. Just a beggar, most likely whose spot he had stolen. He needed to find a place without such people. He was so obviously above them, he could see that now. A position worthy of his ability was needed. The only question was which one he wanted. But first, to sleep. He made it warm, and this time his sleep went undisturbed...
