It's never too cold for ice cream. Then again, I live in California, where the temperature stays pretty much the same. It's like every temperature difference is magnified ten times. Our current temperature of low 80F is considered too hot.

Alas, Ice cream will survive nano-seconds in 40 degrees celsius
