Your one minor piece has been forced into a defensive, and slightly passive roll, while my d7-Bishop combinded with my passed e6-pawn is cramping you're position. The advanceness position on the e6-pawn causes it to have major queening theats. You're Rook is passive, while mine is about to become active.
