Torrent for 23 and media pack

At the request of several members now that the Gameflood contest has closed I've made two separate torrents for the latest mod. Please note they are the base mods with no patches.

Seed it if you already have it. Just download the torrent and place the orginal files in your torrent folder.

If any of the design team want this taken down just let me know

I had problems downloading from Gameflood but Nathan helped me sort it out.

For everyones information do not try to download the mod using the Gameflood Download Manager if you don't have civ4 installed. I did this and the files DISAPPEARED when they had completed downloading. This is a problem with Gameflood I believe.

Also after I had uninstalled it I couldn't download the files normally but Nathan provided this solution:

please try going to: http://www.gameflood.com/manager/ then click
the 'Download content without installing the Download Manager' link on the
right side of the page. This should set your cookie for http (browser)
downloads.

The torrent was trickling down to me slowly and the Gameflood downloads only took half an hour!
