Same problem for the tech tree as mentioned by two posters above... anyone kind enough to tell us if we can overcome this problem and make the mod work?? Thanks...
 
Same here, only see agriculture on list...

Anyone know a fix for this, im dying to play it, seems to offer pretty much everything i wanted..
 
I have the Broken Tech Tree as well so if anyone could tell all of us how to fix it I would be very grateful.

BTW from what Ive played of the mod it looks great and is really fun.

This MOD dosent seem to be compatible with latest patch.

Regardless, always delete the cache folder in MODS folder: "C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5"

Remember to enable mods again.
 
Hello,
Just downloaded my first MOD and thought this one looked the neatest to try first. But after learning my first four techs, I could not go any further. It "locked up". The first era was blank and I could not slide the tech tree to look at other eras and techs.
What my be the problem, and how can I fix it?

Whenever I start a new game I get the same tech tree problem others have had. All that I see is agriculture and it says I have just finished linguistics(i think, speech somethin). Sometimes it says I have finished fire but it never works. I can't research anything. I have no mods running other than this one. I checked the game cache integrity and it said 1 file failed to validate but it still was glitched afterwards. Now, I tried to uninstall and re-install but now when I re-download, it does not show up in the installed section or a button to install it. I see several people with this problem and no solution or really any responses, so hopefully someone figures it out and posts it.
 
i got the tech tree to display properly by going into the mods info file (<File md5="B98B21C5B659ACABF5BA905C8AC0F126" import="1">LUA/TechButtonInclude.lua</File>) and changing to import="0". it worked for me on dual map. crashed twice in 200 turns which might be fixed by changing the reload landmark system to "0".

Great mod by the way and hope this helps until it gets updated.
 
I had a... minor problem with the tech tree.

it was a bit glitchy

I still can't play with this mod :( i still have the bug with the tech tree ( only agriculture is displayed )
A new version of this mod is planed ? Is it still alive ?

Hello.

I found a bug caused by a spelling mistake in units definitions in XML/Units/Infantry.xml. You declared an override with CIVILIZATION_ENGLISH instead of CIVILIZATION_ENGLAND.

What Ezlazeme said above fixes the tech tree.
 
am the only one with problems with this mod? I installed it and tried to run it but my game crashes on loading screen everytime i try to setup a game. So i guess the mod wont work with newest vers of civ5?!

your not the only one if you read a couple months ago and so that this mod hasn't been updated...when its going be updated is a "who knows"

I was just having some issues getting the tech tree to run right for me in game. I was running the echos of the ages mod with it and thinking that was interfering with it i disabled it but it still didnt work right. Im using the venice mod, ancient med civs part 1 and 2, ancient med greek epic, timet passable ice, Hukkaks wonders, polish empire, R.E.D, and Perfect world 3. Im trying to figure out which one of them is messing with it. When i start the game i cant select the tech i want from the drop down list so i have to go to the tech tree and click on agriculture as it is the only one there. It goes through slavery and language then acts like it finished agriculture but i cant select anything and so the game stops there. please help.
