Is there a way to find out how many espionage points I have?

The espionage screen doesn't tell me and I see nothing when I mouse over the espionage icon on the upper left of the screen.

The main game screen, in the upper left, tells how many gold, science and espionage points you're generating per turn - you have to make certain science advances before each will show. Per turn is better to look at than cumulative, because you can judge how to change the ratios or what buildings to build to increase one or the other.

Also, by passing the mouse arrow over the other civs in the lower right corner of the game screen, you can see information about them, such as if they are a vassal or how they feel towards you. And it shows the ratio between their espionage points and yours - you want to keep yours higher.

I don't think there's a place to find total spy points or science - though obviously there is for cash. Total espionage points are less important than ratio of them/you.

The reason I would like to know the total is so that I know where I stand if I want to engage in espionage.
If something costs a certain amount and I see that the action is available I would also like to know how many points I would be left with so that I can do planning.

Without knowing the total it is like deciding how to spend money in real life without knowing how much total money that you have. Where will I stand after the purchase.

I also can't find a list of all the buildings and wonders that I have. I only found a list of wonders in the 5 largest cities in the world.

Mouse over an opponent's name in the scores panel at bottom right of the screen. This brings a popup at bottom left, at the foot of which the espionage icon is shown followed by two values,
their EPs against you, then your EPs against them.
This happens using the BUG mod: I can't remember playing without it, and it is brilliant.
Also using BUG there are lots of sub-screens in the Domestic Adviser, some of which say what buildings are in which cities (using the building icons, not names). Without BUG, I think the most you can find is a list in the statistics sub-screen under "Information", but that just shows that you have, for example, seventeen courthouses and does not say where they are.

There's also an espionage adviser who will show you.

I guess I'll take a look at the BUG mod since it gets mentioned a lot.

Jerrymander, I looked at the Espionage screen and couldn't find a total esp pt number.
Can you give me a hint?

If you have BtS and the latest patch, then don't just look at BUG - install it. Which is really the only way to look at it properly, anyway. But I think that the Espionage screen itself does show your EP count against the other civs even without BUG, in the left-hand panel listingthose civs, but not their count against you.

It displays a percent indicator and a total amount next to each leader... but I do have BUG mod enabled. :/

The important numbers are your overall EPs per turn and how much EP you have accumulated per civ. The espionage advisor screen shows both numbers.

Also, you can hover over a rival civs/leaders name in the lower right or on the diplo/relations screens and see the total EPs you have against them and EPs they have against you. You EPs against them would be the number on the right side. In the EP advisor shows these numbers to the right of each leader and you total is on the top. (Note: I do have BUG installed too so I don't recall how the unmodded screens provide this info)
