:lol: When I was a teen, something like 13+ seconds. It was for footie drills, not track. I wasn't so fast, but could drop the ball at your feet while you sprinted toward the goal...

I'm a long distance guy, but we have a guy on our team who can run anywhere from a 9.9-10.6...fast isn't it?

10.93, that´s impressive. :goodjob:. sun-tzu is also a fast guy, if i don´t remember it wrong. i think i were somewhere around 12.50 about five years ago, but i would problary beat almost everone, even the military guys, in orienteering in the forest with map and compass.

10.93 is pretty fast. I ran the 400m and 800m in high school. The fastest 100m guy on our team usually ran around 10.9. I think his best time was around 10.50.

11.4, which was actually not that bad in Vermont high school track

10.93 probably would have won the state championship my Junior year.:goodjob:

I believe I'm around 15 seconds the last I ran competitive.

I'm a long distant runner.

Ran the 3km in about 16 minutes.

Finished 11th of 40+ at regionals. :)
Made the Provincal team. :) Broke my toe...and came 46th of 63. :(

I also did Javalen, 400M, 800M, long jump and 100M relay.
Javalen = 16th of 17th (Not last. :D)
400M = (Last. :( But they sprinted it!!)
800M = 7th of 8th
Long Jump = 6th of 20+. 3.98 Meters. (The next year I jumped 4.30 Meters + but never competed.)
100M relay = I dropped the damn batton....and still managed to gain ground on the others. :) We came second in the tournment, behind our schools A team. (I was on B)

when i was in middle-school, i did discus. i went up against all these huge guys who lifted weights all thier life. and i am a regular sized person. the first meet, i got 3rd place. i found out that its not the muscle that counts, but its all in the hips. in discus, you have to quickly move to get lots of momentum to throw the discus. my distance was 79.57ft. the 1st placed person got 105.(something)ft. the next year, i moved on into getting 1st place with 103ft! now that was luck. i have to admite it, that was luck.

I prefer long distance walking and hiking.
Four years ago I did a Kennedymarch (80 km or 50 miles) in 14 hours. I'm still proud of this.
