Id like to request that this ministry concentrate on not trading with China and concentrate on trading with America and Russia and to other nations to compenstate for any loss of trade with China this will limit the economic might of China and prevent it to wage war for imperialist ambition, i hope that no gold or resources or technology is traded with China at all cost, please consider this.

You know, it's funny that once we've conquered someone there are still people who can't admit that we have conquered, what was it then, an act of self defense? And no, I do not want to give back lands that are already ours.

Yes we are, neither of us have gotten a response from Trade officials as of yet, so what better to pass the time?

This is not the offical policy of the Trade Ministry (ie not Minister SaaM's final say), but it is my belief that we need only make trades that are clearly profitable trades - only money talks to me in this game. Gifting is, in my point of view, is essentially useless to us.

That's a perfectly understandable position for a Trade Ministry official to have. However, there are other considerations besides profit. We need to think about helping other nations as well as ourselves. The time for selfish profit is over.

How exactly is giving gifts to nations and refraining from stationing troops in their land bad diplomacy? Nations like to be treated nicely, that's what diplomacy is. And that's how we'll win the game diplomatically.
