Trade Yield Buildings affect Ingoing and Outgoing yields

So I noticed that while new cities don't get normal route yields without a Depot, I was still sending 1 Production to my new city. Sure enough I had a Recycler in the originating city. So I waited until I had a free route and traded between two cities with recyclers and saw a minimum of 2 Prod for the route yields in both directions. So keep this in mind: Yield buildings not only benefit the city you build them in, but anyone they trade with too.

Best test.... 2 cities each with recyclers and a trade route... sell/buy recyclers to check each combo.

Yeah, we should probably do some testing of internal trade routes - at the moment the yields seem to be backwards, with the more productive city benefiting more from the route than the less productive city.

With external routes, it's the other way around - a science metropolis trading with a new city will get nothing out of it.
