Does Barbaric stop me from building libraries?

No, but the only leaders who have the trait happen to belong to Civilizations which do not get access to Libraries.

Not quite true; Hyborem has Barbarian, and the Infernals have access to libraries. Only The Clan of Embers, the Doviello, and The Barbarian State lack libraries.

Interestingly can't build mage guilds either, just straight access to adepts.. sort of annoying, I like building things.

The Archos aren't an FfH civ. I haven;t tried Fall Further, so I can't speak to if they have these buildings or not.

Yeah, the same civs as don't have libraries all happen to lack mage guilds too. They don't need them though, so all you lose out on are Circle of Gaelen events (I've only ever seen the first of them work anyway)

Correct - they share a fair bit with the Doviello in terms of building requirements, though the Doviello require/can build even less things than the Archos.

It's a mod for fall from heaven, adds some extra races and probably some other stuff I havn't noticed yet. Magi has a link in his signature to where you can get it and install instructions.
