Tuner on Civ6 dowloaded with Epic Games

Hello fellow civ players,

(Side-info)
I downloaded Civilization 6 via the Epic Games Store as the base game was free some time ago. I really loved the game when I played it 4 years ago but I can't play it without its build-in tuner as I get annoyed by some little imperfections in the AI gameplay or stupid tile placements on the map etc.

(Question)
How do I download or activate or launch the tuner on my game (downloaded via Epic Games, not with Steam)?

Not possible. It's only available with the Development Tools via Steam d/l.
