This makes no sense, they STILL don't have Economics. It's only 2093 beakers, both Steel and Democracy were double that! They either have an abysmal tech rate or they just ain't teching at all.

And it looks like they may be settling next to Mizar, probably to put the marble in there culture border. I find that obnoxious since we gave them marble.

Is this how they knew we switched techs? Or was it through Irgy's original message?

How many espionage points do they have against us? Leaving the ETTA will do us no good if they simply steal our tech lead away.

This is becoming more interesting, at least.

I honestly suspect it might be CDZ who has been putting espionage against us for some time now. It really feels like they are waiting for US to get them techs like RR and MS.
 
We should be able to see CDZ Esp points against us, if that were the case.

So Amazon's reply must have come after Irgy's message. That was unclear to me.

I don't think that CDZ can see our research. We need 129 and 've the bonus for generating more EsP. Ama self has 76 to 56 and we need 152 to see their research.

Alpha you are stating we 've a spy in our team, or haven't I understood you right?

Now we research Sci meth with normal speed and haven't researched eco.
 
Well I was hoping that either CDZ or Amazon had enough EsP to see our research. I mean I don't know what factors in the number required to see another research (or any other espionage action) when that number is different for each Civ, I don't know why it does that.

I've been wary of the New members of the Civ Fantics forum that have like 0 posts and just want to join our team.

Anyways I think it better just to ask Amazon how they are seeing our research.
 
A short post about costs of EsP
You get boni from your whole generated EsP ans additional in special towns from reli and then the costs are a sequence of the relation between the vice versa generated EsP and the relation of the EsP at the date.

If you make a EsP action with Spy, there are also the bonus from number of turns the spy is there.

If I read our messages right, then we informed they of our changing to econ, the message about Artemis and sci meth was generally and not about us.

Rep, slavery and FM is clear, now the other both.
I 've proposed vassal and orga as better than bureau and theo, but I didn't get/read answers, because there was to many other problems more important, sometimes I logged in and there was pages of posts, perhaps it was for you the same.

With 3 turns GA the GP doubbled, but with Scimeth in Sirius there are only 2. Best would be after GA or now additional set an eng or merchant

I was thinking we could get Communism for the Spy and use that for the GA instead.

Well my Arguement for Bureau/Theo will be that since our capital is our Science center that the 50% capital bonus is worth it. I always read all he posts, or try to anyways. But I did say I liked Bureau. I'd almost rather just do Bureau and Org.
 
1 mil civic gives us the 2. promotion to the units (mounted get only a surplus), also ships with drydock, so its very nice.

We need additional 1 mona for missio, we 've only 1 in Sirius.

Alpha we 've with sci meth 2,25 as factor, but without LIB and GA we lost some in Sirius.
Should we build oxford there?

Perhaps we should consider our action after the mav war, there are some possibilities
1. Reconstruction
2. military approach to Quat
I think we want to go against Quat in 10-15 turns after ending the Mav war, so we 'll building whole time units.

Btw CDZ research RR in 15 turns (Last I looked at game), that is a long time, but we couldn't research all.


The spy from Com is better (imo) as lookout and bomb, as we last tested, the Spy can live after nukes. But there is allways the problem, if the other permit us to research it. After Physic (with scientist) another GP-Tech, we are to quick in research and to slow in conquering the other.
 
Actually most of it was just Sid's Sushi. The culture slider helped, but I'm pretty sure Sid's Sushi alone was generating over 100 culture per turn per city (two border expansions instantly and a third a few turns later),
I think with this, we can resume that Ama want the Merchant not for a GA. If we want a Merchant we should take 1 or 2 with some lost in Sirius, possible we get a merchant there.

Quat got music and the GA, as far as I can tell it's gone and no idea if they used it, gave it to Amazon or lost it at Bubble gum.

I 've clicked wrong at unit, and the EI from Ald has gone south through the Mav-culture how is that possible, we don't have oB and can't declare war, so the cultural territory is wrong, it this a bug? I made a test, not the best but we should know what is, I think we can go with our troops to Ald and so on.
Any ideas, I 'll look tomorrow again

The EI is in Mavs Territory and they should see it, and can then also consider, what this is.

one of the characteristic of EIs is that they can enter rival territory like a caravel

nice for a sneak attack isn't it?
 
Maybe it's an ability of the EI? Caravels I know can do this as well.
