MS have finished HBR - I've sent tech trade of Archery and HBR proposal to them and done a separate gift of MC if they want it

SANCTA haven't revolted yet. The wood II axe appears in the north in forest.

SANCTA's solder value shoots up over 10k and they get Maths from Saturn
