Turn off narration?

Sean Bean's narration is fine... the first time or two. Now I'm sick of it. Is there any way to turn it off? I'm not seeing it in Audio Options, other than to set all speech to zero, which would also (I presume) silence the other leaders' speech.

I'm a very fast reader and find the narration annoying after the first time. Thanks!
