Turning off Wonder animations

My mother is playing Civ IV, and on her system the wonder animations slow the game to a crawl and/or crash it entirely. How can I turn them off in single player? I have looked around the options menus and found nothing as specific as this, but I realize I may have overlooked something.

Go to "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\CivilizationIV.ini", look for "; Set to 1 for no in-game movies
NoMovies = 0"
Change 0 to 1 and save
