I doubt they will attack, they are still weak compared to us and they switched to republic too so there not going to go anywhere fast, in fact they are probably crapping their pants at the prospect of war. Just write them back a message that we are happy to continue the peace agreement. Maybe something along these lines.

Who would believe that the 20 turns would have gone so quick. With all the anarchy and this dinsog character causing all kinds of mayhem the turns have practically flown by.

In response to your question we are very satisfied with the current peace conditions so we are more than happy to extend the current agreement for another 20 turns. I didn't check the turn track again unitl this morning so i missed Kuningas message that he would be away.

Anyway i wasn't really sure where everything was suppose to be going so sorry if i stuffed anything up.

Raided a barb settlement and got 25g for it, also had to move around a few units as a barb horseman got in range of one of our workers and a city, hopefully he will be dispatched next turn.

I believe it was extended for 5 turns, until turn 121.
Also i do not think it would be wise getting into the conflict unless MIA got involved to as we don't have the military at the moment since we are focusing on expansion. If we were to get involved maybe nobody could talk with MIA and test the water to see how they would react if we joined in.

Our Peace treaty is only for 5 turns, on top of the original 20 turn treaty. So 25 turns from when we last signed our peace we will have no treaty. Although i did have one in the works.

I would like to make two things clear, the republic of Doughnutia is no way involved in this dispute we are Neutral and second we had no prior knowledge of the action.

We would also like to ask you for as much information as possible, what have the attacked you with? Why did it happen? Did you provoke it?

We should demand the silk town and the other southernmost town to continue the peace treaty at Turn 125, interesting if they accept that. Otherwise raise cane on 'em. We have enough mounties to take a couple of pike defended cities, and you know they are moving a number of those pikes North as we speak.

TNT is approaching us, due our agreement with K.I.S.S. there is nothing we can do.

We are glad to hear you and your people were not involved in this heinous and totally unprovoked act. We did nothing to anger the Galls except refuse their demands for ivory. As you know the recent unkindliness between our two peoples has left us weak. Surely your military advisor had told you this. We turned totally away from that unpleasantlness and devoted ourselves to building libraries so we could live a quiet life amongst our scrolls. We think the Galls are only trying to take advantage of our current weakness to further thier own aims for power.

We had already determined that the gallic attack was not a coordinate effort between yourselves and the galls. We were, however, worried that you may take advantage of the situtation we find ourselves in. We brings much joy to our hearts to find otherwise.

We will do our best to stop the Galls but the situation is by no means a good one for us. We have been in negotiations with Greece in hope they will make a stand against this Gallic aggression. As a fellow republic are you and your people willing to stand with us? I say once again this act by the Galls was totally unprovoked. It is merely a power grab on their part. Should they succeed the Iron Republic will cease to be a viable power and nothing will prevent the Galls from turning their greedy eyes south towards your lands. Our war was a gentleman's war (well, until you burned Carpetbomb) but we expect no quarter from the heathen, savage and greedy Galls.

We only have one luxury available to give you right now but if you join us in this war we will be able to give you more soon. If you were to establish an embassy with us we would consider signing a military alliance and right of passage agreement if your mounted warriors would help us to oust the Galls from our continent. If the Galls invaded you in turn we would help defend your country as if it were our own.

It would also help us if you would join us in convincing the Greeks of the dangers this Gallic aggression presents to all of us.
