Hello :). I conducted a cursory search for this and came up empty, but i am confident that several of you will know the answer. Can you please tell me how many turns it takes for an engineer to transform plains to grass, hill to plains, mountain to hill, etc? Many thanks.

Wow this is great Major Advantage, thank you !

30 turns for an engineer to transform a mountain to a hill, quite a project!... and then what you have is still just a hill!

Thanks again!

Thanks major for finding the original post. I saved a copy on my machine years ago. This is one of the few examples of early research that was comprehensive. It was correct and left nothing uncovered. Truly a masterpiece.
