Twin-Spell

The Civilopedia says the requirement for twin-spell is Combat V, yet I've only ever had the option of adding it once (as Grigori, a hero mage, not even an archmage at the time because I hadn't researched Strength of Will).

Any ideas? It's a great promotion, would love to have it on more units. Especially now that I'm playing as Calabim and running out of possible (useful) promotions.

You need combat V and the hero promotion.

yea, I'm not quite sure how I got it either, it's probably limited to heroes since I had it with Gibbon Goeta turned lich. I was also playing Calabim at that time, so he was a vampire lich, lol.

The problem is that the HERO requirement is listed under <PromotionPreReqAnd> instead of <PromotionPreReqOr1>. The game won't properly display the AND value unless the Or1 is filled first.
