1) Playing Egypt I was gifted 3 cities by England I chose to puppet them however two of the gifted city's had empty production cues and I could not advance turn I was forced annex the cities so I could advance to the next turn.
2) Same game peace treaties and trade of horses end for multiple turns. I have only 4 horses but ever time I trade them when the trade ends I get back 2 to 4 times as many horses as I traded. I currently have over 220 horses.
