Is there anyway to have conquest specific options (i.e blood cult, ritual sacrifice ect ect) all available in a normal civ game?

Is there anyway to conquor a one tile city in the middle of the ocean?? you can't load troops so WTH?

1. Not sure about that.

2. In the late industrial age and beyond you can use marines for amphibous assaults. If you're the Vikings, you can get Berserkers after discovering Invention, and use tese for amphibous attacks.

1. Yes. You have to go to the editor and do something, or hack into game.

2. Or you can get it in a peace treaty.
