[R&F] Two Warriors stucked in the city when the city is surrounded

Sweden and Mongolia are completely surrounding my capital when a second warrior is generated at the city centre. Now both warrior units are not moving anywhere, the most troublesome is that I cannot continue to the next turn.

To move to the next turn, you're probably going to have to delete the newly created warrior.
