Man,I hit a buggy combo that's gonna be a pain to fight:
-Siam got perma open borders with me due to the perma trade bug.
-He decides to DoW a city state deep in my territory, so starts walking 12 of his uu elphants thru in a long chain.
-The front of the chain just reaches the city state and he decides to DoW me too. The DoW doesn't punt his units out of my territory, it leaves them in place. (I've noticed the AI always gets this, but when I DoW I get knocked out of their borders. Which way is intended?)
-I go to attack his elphants with my infantry and discover all his units have all of the friendly territory SP buffs everywhere inside my land.
End result: I've got 12 30+ power hostile elephants spread all across my empire. Each is nearly even with my 36 power infantry.
Has anyone tried using the +33% or +25% power in friendly territory SPs? I'm curious if only the AI gets this applying everywhere or players too.
